We accept payment securely via Paypal (using Paypal balance or credit/debit card)

We also accept bank deposit/transfer (please put your User-ID as the payment reference for identification purposes, and please allow 1-3 days for the payment to clear)

Please make payment within 48 hours of purchase, or contact us to make other arrangements. After seven days of no payment or contact, and Unpaid Item Case will be opened.




We offer FREE regular shipping UK wide on all purchases! (with some exceptions)

All single item purchases will be posted within 24 hours of received payment (excluding weekends & public/postal holidays). 

Bulk orders will take longer, please contact our customer service to get more information.
In UK items are usually received within 2-3 working days; however we are reliant on Royal Mail so please be patient if an item takes a little longer. 

‘Express’ or ‘Signature on Delivery’ shipping can be selected upon check-out and will incur a charge. 

For international deliveries: Airmail items are usually received within 7-20 working days, however variations due to customs etc are common so can take up to 30 days.
Please note that for international purchases, customers are responsible for any customs fees/duties/tariffs applicable to your items delivery, so please research this prior to purchasing. We will not accept returns of items due to customs charges that customers weren’t expecting.

Delayed or Lost Mail


We always post our items promptly, but once in the postal system they are out of our control. While most of our items are received within 3 working days, delays within the postal system are fairly common, so please wait for 14 working days before contacting us. Please also check with your local post office and ask flat mates, family members, friends and neighbours who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.

If an item is lost in the post than we provide a free replacement, however we do ask that the customer waits an appropriate amount of time before it is considered a lost item.


Guarantee & Returns


We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase and ensure that all items are dispatched in perfect condition. However, if an item is faulty, we will exchange or refund your purchase. Please inform us within 24 hours of the receipt of your goods.

Due to the nature of personalised products we cannot accept any returns unless faulty. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all spellings of names are correct at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect spelling of names or any other information, such as birth or christening dates. However, we understand that mistakes do happen, so if you have made a mistake, please contact us to discuss a solution to the error.

With regards to colour of products, we endeavour to depict colours of products as accurately as possible on our website. However please be aware that there may be very slight variations in colour shade due to photography and computer screens.

If an item is faulty please contact the customer service line to discuss returning the item. The returned parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so we strongly recommend that you send it by registered post.

Please note that for returns the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend returning via registered post and packaging items carefully to avoid damage as we will not accept damaged returns, or responsibility for returns that don’t arrive.
